What happens if I'm not in to accept my delivery?
We use Parcelforce and the Royal Mail for our deliveries. Both will try to deliver at the delivery address first and if there is nobody in they will try your immediate neighbours, lastly if that fails they will leave a calling card and take the parcel to your local post office.
